Dr. Bonnie Daniels Wheatley grew up in Kentucky and was
valedictorian of her high school class at Russell High School. She
graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where
she received the Oral Medicine Award along
with her DMD.
Dr. Wheatley continued her education at the University of Kentucky to receive her Orthodontics Specialty degree. After
completing her education she later served as an Assistant Professor of
Orthodontics at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.
Dr. Wheatley is involved with many professional orthodontic
and dental organizations. She is Board Certified by the American Board
of Orthodontics. She was president of the Kentucky Association of
Orthodontists, and is currently a fellow of both the International and
American College of Dentists. Dr. Wheatley is a member of the Bluegrass
Dental Society, Kentucky Dental Association, American Dental
Association, American Association of Orthodontists and Omicron Kappa
Upsilon, an honorary dental fraternity.
Dr. Wheatley is married to John Wheatley, who is an
attorney/CPA. In her spare time she enjoys reading and playing bridge.
